Victoria is a qualified, award winning industrial designer with a wide range of skill and expertise in innovation, branding and strategy. She is an RSA fellow, ISO technical expert for innovation, and BSI design management committee member. Victoria is motivated by the power of design thinking and open innovation and how they can lead to exceptional change and growth, particularly by unleashing digital technology. She has worked internationally for Philips Design, Unilever, Saatchi & Saatchi and the Brand Union, amongst others. She is an Agile certified practitioner and has worked across a host of sectors from ICT, infrastructure, higher education, finance, retail, FMCG, luxury to pharmaceutical, motoring, and everything in between.
Professor Peter Childs
FREng, FIMechE, FASME, FRSA, FHEA, MIED, CEng, BSc (hons), DPhil
Professor Peter Childs FREng is the Professorial Lead in Engineering Design and was the Founding Head of the Dyson School of Design Engineering at Imperial College London. His professional interests include: creativity tools and innovation; design; the circular economy and sustainable energy. Former roles include director of the Rolls-Royce University Technology Centre for Aero-Thermal Systems, director of InQbate and professor at Sussex University. He has contributed to over 200 papers, and several books on engineering design, rotating flow, rural urban migration and sports technology.
