“Pretty transformational. I recommend this course to anyone working on improving or creating new products and services with a view to making them more customer/user focused. Not only did I create completely new ideas for a potential spin off business, but it has helped shape my mindset around some long term problems in my current business too.”
“A fantastic toolkit for driving innovation. I thoroughly enjoyed taking part in this design thinking course. You leave with a shared language and toolkit of practical exercises across the whole design thinking journey which you can apply to your work as a whole or individually depending on what you need.
